We are introduced to so many historical personalities in school; it's a shame to leave them at the black-and-white, textbook level.  Instead, the night before your Biography Breakfast, ask your children (and any one else that happens to be in the home) to think of a famous person they have studied/read about and to appear at breakfast the next morning "wearing" that person's persona.  Award bonus points (extra pancakes?) for the person who shows up in costume.  Encourage dialogue amongst the famous people at your table by asking questions like "What is your favorite breakfast food?  What do you plan to do today?  Who are your friends?"  Keep it fun and you are bound to learn something while everyone cleans their breakfast plate!
