NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ENTRANT MUST BE A CURRENT LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE 50 UNITED STATES (INCLUDING D.C.), 13 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND MUST HAVE INTERNET ACCESS AS OF 12/6/07. You may enter by logging on to your account at www.meadmoneymadness.com between 12:00:01 p.m. ET 12/6/07 and 11:59:59 a.m. ET 1/31/08 ("Promotional Period"). Limit one (1) entry per person, household or address, per day. A "day" is defined as beginning at 12:00:00 am ET and ending at 11:59:59 pm ET on a single calendar day. If multiple entries are received, only the first entry will be entered into the Sweepstakes and all other entries received on that specific day will be disregarded. Eligible entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the screen name or e-mail address from which the entry is made. Any attempts by an individual to access the site via a bot script or other brute-force attack will result in that IP address becoming ineligible. MeadWestvaco Consumer & Office Products ("Sponsor") reserves the right to suspend or cancel this Sweepstakes without notice if Web site becomes infected with a virus or is otherwise technically corrupted. Sponsor not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or incomplete transmission defaults; computer server failure; phone failure; and/or delayed, garbled or corrupted data transmitted by entrants via the Internet. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters.
  2. GRAND PRIZES/ODDS (45): Each Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) Mead Money Madness Prize Pack (Sponsor to select the various Mead and Five Star Products for each Prize Pack). (ARV per winner is $100). Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Total ARV of all prizes is $4,500. Prizes will be awarded at the end of the Promotional Period.
  3. DRAWING: Potential prizewinners will be randomly selected on or about 2/8/08 from among all valid entries received by an independent judging agency whose decisions are final. Each prizewinner will be notified via mail within two (2) weeks of the drawing. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery of prizes. Limit one (1) prize per person, household or address.
  4. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to all legal U.S. residents who are 13 years of age or older and who have Internet Access as of 12/6/07. Employees (and household family members of such employees) of Sponsor and its advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and their affiliates are not eligible. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Taxes are the sole responsibility of each prizewinner. In the event winner is under 18 years of age, winner's Parent or Legal Guardian will be responsible for paying taxes on the prize and completing all documentation on behalf of the prizewinner. No transfer or assignment of prize is permitted. By entering this Sweepstakes, each prizewinner consents to the use of his/her name, photographs, voice recordings and likenesses for publicity purposes without additional compensation or permission where legal.
  5. WINNERS LIST: For the list of prizewinners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by 1/31/08 to: Mead Money Madness Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 7430, Wilton, CT 06897-7430.
  6. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: All entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, employees and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, this Sweepstakes.
